I am just starting this program and have questions about combining foods. I read that you should eat fruit by itself--so how much time before and after a meal can you eat it. Also, you should not eat starchy foods with proteins--how much time between can you eat them and not be considered eating them together? I hope that makes sense? I am a fitness instructor and like to have carbs like beans, basmati rice, and quinoa. I like to mix them with some protein on salads and vegetables. I am trying not to lose weight and I'm not sure how to apply this program without doing that. Thanks for your input. _________________ oman musandam dibba |
