I am new to the program. I have many questions many of them answered by checking all the other posted messages.
I still have three questions -
1. I understand it is not good for digestion to drink while eating. Is this true for water as well?
2. Is millet alkaline or acidic?
3. Also, can a diet be too alkaline? I have arthritis, and for the last week and a half I have been eating a mostly alkaline diet. I just wonder, in my case since my body is so obviously over-acidic, if I should cut out all acidic foods for a while.
4. Also - I would like to do a detox program, but I can't lose any weight. Any suggestions?
5. And just to double check that I got the right information on other questions I had - Ezekiel and quinoa are alkaline? whey protein and kefir are slightly acidic?
I love this program and I feel great. I can't tell you how many diets I have tried in the last 18 years to varying degrees of success, but this feels great and makes a lot of sense.
