Team building is very important in a company because it replenishes working relationships among employees and even those on the top level management. Some employees sometimes experience boredom, or burnout, from too much stress on work. They do not see or feel that they are growing on their professional and social aspect.
Annually or semi-annually, companies have their team building activities (it depends on how much employees need time to unwind from all the work). Programs include exciting games that would foster teamwork, camaraderie and cooperation. Once these are gained, this would help in rebuilding a harmonious relationship toward workmates and will aid in achieving the mission and vision of the company and its success. |
