1. Always wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the harmful rays of the sun.
2. Don't wash eyes with hot or icy water and avoid abrupt temperature changes. If you're hot or just returned after being under sun, wait 10-15 minutes before splashing water on your face and eyes.
3. Take food with a lot of Vitamin A, like carrots, green leafy vegetables, amla, oranges, anjeer and almonds.
4. Avoid non-vegetarian foods, chillies, spices, and preservatives like jams, processed and fermented foods.
5. Soak 6-10 almonds, 15 dry grapes, 2 anjeers overnight and eat them on an empty stomach in the morning.
6. Take a cup of carrot and amla juice empty stomach in the morning. It is very healthy for your eyes.
7. Every morning drink at least one litre of water kept overnight in a copper jug. This will help you in maintaining a good health and healthy eyes. _________________ seo agency |

1. Get your eyes checked regularly
2. Do not read in moving vehicles
3. Hold your reading material at least 40 cms away from your eyes
4. Always read in Good light
5. Sit with your back straight
6. Sleep early
7. Quit Smoking
8. Wash your eyes frequently with cold water.
9. Get plenty of sleep, as this will revitalise your eyes and face.
10. Drinking lots of water is good for your eyes too; because it helps them stay hydrated.
11. And don't forget carrots - they're packed with a nutrient that converts to Vitamin A. |
