When it comes down to applying for a job at a contact center you must have exceptional customer service abilities. You must also be able to handle conflict as all communications may not be pleasant. I think you also have to be a good multitask er as you will have to put information into a computer while listening to a customer. These are some qualities that will make you a great call center employee.
